6. Jerry Maguire – CRITICS SAID: 96th. I SAY: Jerry Maguire starts where most movies end – a fake person becomes real. And it goes from there. Again, like most great movies, it has no real genre. It’s a comedy, it’s a buddy pick, it’s a sports movie, it’s a love story. It has a great villain (Bob Sugar), it has a good soundtrack, it’s well written. It’s just good.
